Aylee asked if she could take on more of our lawn mowing needs at the house. For the past year, I have mowed the front yard and outlined the back yard getting it all prepped for her to do the straight, easier mowing.
She asked if I couldn't try her out on doing everything. We tried it out and she was able to do a really good job. She mowed around taller sprinkler heads and didn't run over any of Amber's plants.
The promotion also came with a pay increase (Aylee negotiated that part of the bargain early in our talks). She gets a $2.00 more every time she mows the lawn, and I get a mostly hands-off mowing experience!
