MRI Results

I have talked with the doctor about my MRI results. It appears that I do have a herniated disk in my lower back. I have been scheduled for a same-day surgery on 10/24 for an epidural injection into my spine to relieve the pain. I can have at most three of these shots over the next six months. If that doesn't help, it looks like it could lead to surgery.

I am ready for this pain to be gone, as it is affecting everything that I do. It is very frustrating not to be able to do anything active. Oh, to be 29 again!
